We have some important news to share.

Alpaca will be winding down its product operations on October 25th, 2024.

We're sad to go, but we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, enthusiasm, and feedback over the past two years. Getting to know the Alpaca community through the ideas and outcomes you've shared with us has been the highlight of our journey.

Here is what you need to know:

• Service Availability: The Alpaca web editor and the Alpaca Photoshop plugin will remain fully functional until October 25th, 2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to access your account or use either product.

• Subscriptions: All active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically on October 25th, 2024. No further charges will be processed after this date.

• Refunds: All subscriptions will be automatically cancelled and your last payment will be subject to a pro-rated refund. Cancellations and refunds will take place on October 25th, 2024 and will take between 5-10 days to process. On October 25th, 2024, your last payment will be subject to a pro-rated refund, which will take between 5-10 days to process. This means that if you are on a yearly plan, or a monthly plan that renewed after September 25th, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. If your subscription is set to renew before October 25th and do not wish to continue Alpaca until then, you can cancel it by going to your dashboard and downgrading to a free plan.
